How To Prevent Hangover


1 Eat before you drink. Starchy carbohydrates like bread and pasta can slow the absorption of alcohol.

2 Avoid terribly sweet drinks that disguise their alcohol content, and avoid mixing differing kinds of alcohol.

3 Drink water in between alcoholic drinks to stop dehydration.

4 Eat hearty food whereas you're drinking.

5 Drink another glass of water once you get home.
