How To Use Chopsticks

Hold one chopstick between your thumb and middle finger. Position the chopstick so it lies at the bottom of your thumb (on the joint) and at the lower joint of the center finger. This chopstick should not bit the forefinger.

Place the opposite chopstick between your thumb and forefinger. The aspect of the chopstick ought to rest against the tip of your thumb; the highest of the chopstick ought to rest against the pad of your forefinger.

Be sure the ideas of the chopsticks are parallel.

Keep the primary chopstick stationary as you observe moving the second chopstick toward the stationary one.

Use this system to position the chopsticks around a chunk of food.

Hold the food firmly as you carry it toward your mouth.
